Welcome to the Food and Beverage Service course. This course introduces you to the knowledge and practical skills required to provide professional food and beverage service in the hospitality and tourism industry. You will learn about service procedures, customer care, table setting, menu knowledge, hygiene and safety practices, and different types of food and beverage service.
Throughout the course, you will participate in learning activities and discussions that will help you understand how food and beverages are served in restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality establishments. By the end of the course, you will be able to demonstrate proper service techniques, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain professional standards in food and beverage service operations.
